Wood countertops and cutting boards are a natural product and each is one-of-a-kind in its coloration, feel and graining. These are the elements that make your countertop or cutting board unique to you and enhance the natural beauty of wood.

AmyLou productions guarantees to the original purchaser to repair or replace their product if the glue delaminates or if the product is determined to have manufacturing defects. Natural aspects/defects in the wood are not covered under this guarantee. Color changes in the wood are to be expected over time and are not considered defects. A 50% deposit is required to begin any project and is due at the time of template or order. That deposit is refundable until the material is cut at which time the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Our products do require specific care to ensure durability and to maintain the intrinsic beauty. Please follow the care instructions so as not to void the product guarantee.
